Your responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of project delivery of supply chain transformation projects, typically medium to large scale for high profile customers
- Generates Statements of Work and customer proposal documents
- Identifies resource requirements and works with resource controllers and appropriate Company organizations for fulfilment
- Manages services engagement budgets, including travel budgets, reviews billing for all services engagements, and invoicing while maximizing margins
- Manages project quality to ensure customer satisfaction and ROI while adhering to all Company standards and methodologies
- Leads project team in resolution of customer project issues, escalates to appropriate parties as needed, liaises with appropriate Company or customer departments to resolve project issues and ensures that the project deliverables are within agreed budget, timeline, scope and quality
- Provides regular project communication and status reporting
- Coordinates and facilitates system handover to Support / Cloud Services
- Conducts performance reviews and provides guidance, feedback, coaching, mentoring and developmental experience to project team
- Assesses project performance, documents and communicates lessons learnt to enhance organizational knowledge
- Builds collaborative relationship with customer that reinforces customer’s perception of the value Company brings to their business and expands business opportunities
- Establishes strategic relationship with each customer that transcends the tactical implementation details, and ensures appropriate focus on longer term customer objectives
Our requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a Supply Chain: Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Knowledge of WMS functionality and technology is mandatory.
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager or similar capacity.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a software consulting, implementation or development projects.
- Knowledgeable of project management best practices.
- Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with C-Level Executives.
- Skilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to resolve complex problems with little to no guidance.
- Capable of facilitating (design sessions, conflict resolutions, brainstorming, etc).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor, coach and train.
- Excellent communication, client relationship and analytical skills.
- Well organized and consistently meets commitments.
- Travel required 20 - 35%.
- PMP certification is a PLUS.
