Sr. Sourcing Analyst, Indirect Procurement

Your responsibilities

• Create reports and communications in support of Sourcing team.

• Perform and provide input into sourcing analysis into the strategic sourcing activities, including financial and non-financial inputs as required for clear sourcing decisions; analyses data sets from multiple systems.

• Review Coupa requisitions and ensure complete, and aligned to any category sourcing strategies.

• Support contract negotiation and development of contract strategy.

• Participate in the implementation of enterprise wide metrics, tools and processes to optimize sourcing and supplier activities.

• Communicate key supplier management updates, supplier segmentation and decisions to multiple levels in the organization.

• Issue purchase orders and approve new suppliers minimizing the administrative burden on the requester

• Identify/drive process improvement opportunities, and support ad-hoc projects as required

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Analyst to provide reporting and analysis on key Sourcing metrics for the Indirect Procurement Organization. Being involved in intra-departmental communications and will be a supportive contributor to system users by providing administrative support, troubleshooting and training.

In this role you will be part of our Corporate Indirect Procurement function, focused on supporting the business in the efficient and effective procurement of indirect goods and services. Provide input and analysis into the strategic sourcing activities globally. The role will support the implementation of specific projects related to cost reduction initiatives, system enhancements, supply base optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
