Personal data will be transferred by the Data Controller to public entities, if the obligation to provide it results from the generally applicable provisions of law. Please also note that you have the right to request from the Data Controller: • access to personal data, • rectification of personal data, • delete personal data, • restrictions on the processing of personal data, • the right to object to the processing of personal data, • the right to transfer personal data, • the right to withdraw consent – in the case of processing your data based on the premise of consent, • the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with a breach of personal data protection. Your responsibilities
Work closely with the Europe Executive Function Lead and respective teams, Cost Accounting teams, Corporate Finance and Finance SSC in Poland to deliver role objectives.
Support delivery of Functional change programmes to achieve the Function Framework targets.
Review the Europe wide Function Budget, Quarterly Rolling Forecast and Mid-term Plan submissions with the relevant Europe Function lead
Ownership of annual functional cost analysis for Japan
Produce monthly review packs, providing commentary for the relevant Budget, Quarterly Rolling Forecast and Mid-term Plan and attend the quarterly reviews with the Function Head of Europe.
Detailed financial planning and reporting / analysis to support the function roadmap for Europe
Develop and implement processes and structural organization for Europe wide reporting for the relevant Function
Support the function allocation model with the Function lead and obtaining approval with the relevant corporate finance teams to seek the approval from the Europe Head
Review and approve the monthly function recharge data for the countries and review calculation of the annual true up
Provide finance support for the relevant functions investment reviews advising on ROI tracking and benefits realization
Review and approve the Function monthly Flash submissions and provide Europe level commentary to Europe Head of FP&A.
Review and approve the Capex papers
Review the Europe finance function Balance Sheet.
Our requirements
Master Degree in finance/qualified accountant or other relevant finance qualification (ACCA /CIMA is an advantage)
Minimum 5 year experience in finance and controlling processes
Excellent command of fluent business English (oral and written skills)
Extraordinary communication skills (oral and written skills) and strong presentation skills
An inspiring team player demonstrating high business standards
Change management experience
Ability to operate autonomously
Prioritisation and ability to work to tight deadlines
Business acumen and the ability to leverage external benchmark information
Good HFM knowledge

Provision of high quality business partner support for the relevant Europe Function, to work closely with the cost accounting teams to develop processes to provide information and decision making support on a consistent Europe wide basis and to support Functional transformation to align respective function to industry benchmark.
Support the program to optimize HQ (Headquarter) accounting and country cross-charging leading to improved functional operation and decision-making and to achieve tax optimization.
Capable of overseeing a team of people’s day to day activities (controllers dedicated to respective function), as required, in line with established corporate standards and to promote effective teamwork, employee engagement and enablement initiatives and drive operational performance against agreed objectives.
