Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or in any other applicable law acts (in accordance with the requirements of the job offer) are processed in compliance with the legal regulations, while their disclosure is necessary for taking part in the recruitment process. The remaining personal data (e.g. your image) are processed by your voluntary consent expressed by sending your job application; the disclosure of such data does not affect the ability to take part in the recruitment process.
We can also process your personal data contained in your job application for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, provided that such claims pertain to our recruitment process. To this end, we will process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests involving the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims in the proceedings before the courts or bodies of state administration.
You have the right to access your data, including the rights to obtain a copy of your data, rectify or erase data, restrict data processing, object to data processing and request transferring the data (for the processing of which you have agreed) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO; in the future: the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority). Revoking consent does not affect the legality of data processing performed upon consent before its revocation.
We process your personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process related to the position indicated in the job offer for the period _3 months from the completion of recruitment process and you agreed to take part in the future recruitment processes for the period _1 year from the date of submitting a job application.
We can disclose your personal data to providers of services involving publication of job offers, recruitment management system providers, providers of IT services, such as hosting services, as well as IT system suppliers.
Your personal data will be provided to Republic of Korea.
We transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to _Republic of Korea on the basis of the decision of the Commission on the adequacy of the protection or the “Privacy Shield” framework or the binding corporate rules or the standard contractual clauses.
