Your responsibilities
- Team leading (Stock Accountants, Junior & Senior Accountants)
- Ensuring correctness and completeness of stock relating documents and processing based on following existing rules
- Coordination of weekly and monthly operational activities
- Monitoring the quality, compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the process
- Cooperation with auditors
- Managing day to day team’s issues
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with other finance teams and business area representatives across a wide range of areas throughout the organization
- Building a strong internal culture based on company’s values
- Supporting FOM in strategy and decision making
- Supporting stock team development
Our requirements
- University degree in finance related discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant accounting
- Understanding of GL systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with people at different levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve issues impacting different interconnected systems
- Advanced level of English
- Managerial/supervisory experience is not required but can be an advantage
- Project management experience will be an asset
