Your responsibilities
Management of supplier panel by considering supplier capacity and quality, supplier strategy and risk management
Supplier annual visits and meetings to maintain/extend relationship
Global volume bundling
International collaborate as a team member within a matrix organization
Window person for supplier located in EMEA
Responsible for RFQ and Tender projects by using JAGGAER tool
Leading price negotiations, annual cost review, etc to achieve company targets
Benchmarking on cost and specification level of existing supplier and/or competitors
Data maintenance in ERP Systems
Contract management
Our requirements
Min 3 years of experience in purchasing area
Sourcing experience preferred in automotive industry / aftermarket industry
Product knowledge on aftermarket products, especially Powertrain related products and used raw material would be a plus
Very good communications and negotiation skills
Good understanding of cultural differences
Very good English language skills
Experience in project management
Computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Lotus Notes)
Understanding of engineering drawings
Good data maintenance skill (dealing with > 5000 part numbers)
Willingness for business trips
