Be a mix of Cristopher Columbus, Hernán Cortés and Steve Jobs, conquer the groceries business with vision
Frame and map the market, and run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation for Glovo groceries to succeed
Be a strategist. You will have to determine what strategy/business model to be rolled out in the market
Launch the Fulfillment business step by step, manage multiple projects and be a resourceful multi-tasker
Build stores from zero, getting suppliers, finding contractors, making real estate deals
Be the person of contact between Operations, Marketing, Finance and Sales, and external Partners
Meet quarterly objectives set by the company
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones through clear and concise communication
Get-stuff-done attitude: Launchers need to get a lot done in a short period. You have a scrappy attitude, be comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
The know-how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal
Excellent English skills
Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
