Your responsibilities

  • Deployment of Plan-for-every-part-process across all Division Locations

  • Develop, lead and manage parts classification process across Division to optimize Finish Ggoods strategy

  • Set the policy for ABCXYZ and implement across all Business Units

  • Responsible for Item Master Cataloque setting and admin-istration across Business Units

  • Strategic management and policy deployement for lead times updates in systems across Division and Busi-ness Units

  • Coordination of customer service improvement initia-tives aligned to customer and business requirements

  • Coordination of inventory reduction initiatives aligned to Business requirement Safety Stock levels and cash management expectations

  • Provide Leadership and alignment across all Busi-ness Units and take the lead for Group reporting

  • Close cooperation with the BUs, European Distribution Center and Sales Companies

  • Lead natural team and drive High Performance Team initi-atives, to effectively deliver business results

  • Directly re-ports to the Division Supply Chain Manager

Our requirements


  • Bachelor of Engineering and/or Business Administra-tion with related technical background

  • 5 years previous experience in Production Control and planning processes

  • Leadership experience is es-sential and the ability to en-courage participation and alignment across all loca-tions

  • Analytical thinking, planning and development skills

  • Well structured and goal-orientated

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Of-fice – especially Excel – JDE

  • Knowledge of Lean Systems and experience with Ad-vanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

  • Good verbal and written Eng-lish language skills

  • Experience in managing and developing employees and HPT's

  • Willingness to travel

Job Purpose:

As part of the Division Supply Chain Team you will be responsible for defi-nition of processes and standards for all Division Locations. With a strong entrepreneurial mindset you will be responsible for coordination of ser-vice and inventory in alignment of Business Unit planning processes and therefore work together with vari-ous functions within the Division on an interdisciplinary basis.
