Your responsibilities

Partnerships is facing several market challenges. Growing demand of PLUS services, digitization, increased partner demands, and the UTA growth strategy 2021-23 require a transformation from procurement to strategic partnership management. This means a larger scope of work for the team and a more strategic approach while still ensuring execution of key initiatives. Hence, Partnerships is now working on new initiatives from building segmented networks, operational excellence in partner management to digitizing its B2B business model as well as growing ancillary revenues. The interface with other departments has increased and together with the Sales and Pricing teams, partnerships works on enhancing our proposition towards partners and customers alike. In order to ensure the implementation of our overall Strategy for PLUS Services and UTA strategy, we need an Strategic Partnerships Manager to extend the PLUS network in CEE, with a first focus on Mobility in Poland.

He/She will be in charge of:

• PLUS Partner acquisition

• Strategic PLUS Partner management

• Expansion of PLUS network

• Handling of direct partner requests

• Analytics tasks

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partner Management or Sales

  • Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration

  • Skilled in partner management or sales

  • Negotiation skills

  • Key Account/Customer Success Management

  • Good understanding of digital technologies

  • Salesforce

  • Organized

  • Fast learner

  • Strategic and analytic thinking

  • Solution oriented

  • Drive to grow & positive mentality

  • Passion for customers

  • Travelling required

  • English, German, Polish.
