Your responsibilities
Managing strategic projects: you will own your project going forward, including ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business partnerships through regular monitoring, reporting and action.
Scoping: you will identify new opportunities, develop initial scope with key stakeholders, and set clear milestones that align within our roadmap.
Cooperation with internal teams: you will be cooperating with local, regional and central teams including operations, community operations, IT engineers, legal, tax, marketing, communication at every phase of the project lifecycle.
Cooperation with external partners: you will be responsible for building relations with private and public stakeholders in the CEE region working with them both on strategic and operational level initiatives.
Business development: you will be responsible for research and identifying new business opportunities - including partnerships, products and services.
Our requirements
Planning and Organization: appropriately prioritizing and planning of projects and/or tasks that maximize the benefit for the organization. Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging, informing, and gaining the support of various stakeholders. Taking time to build helpful relationships; earning trust of others within and out of the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability.
Communication: clearly and concisely communicating with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate actionable insights.
Problem solving: Effectively resolving issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic and common sense. Identifying the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.
Teamwork: demonstrating optimism, respecting others and working well in a team.
Polish and English language proficiency
4+ years of proven experience in Project Management and Business Development
Experience working closely and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Experience in cooperation with and for Public Partners
Experience in Public Procurement offering is a bonus, but not required
SQL proficiency is a bonus, but not required

You will need to draw on your tenacity, creativity and passion to take your projects from 0 to 1, then 1 to 100. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to enjoy both thinking about big-picture strategy and getting into the operational detail.
