Your responsibilities
Work directly with experienced management consultants, investment banking professionals and executive leaders on driving strategic change across the organization
Get exposure to strategic decisions and projects early on in your career gaining a 360-degree perspective on JLL business
Identify your areas of interest working on a number of strategic initiatives in strategy and corporate development, business development, operations and support functions as well as market and internal communication and guide your further professional development within JLL structures
Tailor your career path to suit your availability, educational background, expertise and growth aspirations
Provide team members with ongoing assistance in research and benchmarking, data gathering and analysis, project management support and other tasks depending on the current project needs
Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for leadership meetings, management workshops, business/commercial reviews and offsites
Our requirements
Student or recent graduate of a top-tier Polish or foreign university
Exceptional analytical skills and very strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
Curiosity and passion to solve business problems, broker consensus and deliver change
Entrepreneurial initiative, determination and energy to contribute, coupled with a commitment to the highest quality standards and an eye for detail
Fluency in Polish and English (incl. business language)
Preferred track record in strategy consulting, investment banking or blue chip industry organization
