Acting as a strategic point of contact for our customer, making sure to meet the required expectations for Service Desk team.
Providing internal trainings for service desk agents and rookies
Acting as a subject matter expert (L2/L3)
Troubleshooting skills and experience in handling resets and lotus Notes environment
Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications (MS office, Adobe etc)
Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
Fluency in both - German and English is a must-have
Previous experience in service desk, multiple projects - min. 6-8 years
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
Excellent soft skills, communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers
Previous service desk experience will be an advantage
