Your responsibilities

  • Acting as a strategic point of contact for our customer, making sure to meet the required expectations for Service Desk team.
  • Providing internal trainings for service desk agents and rookies
  • Acting as a subject matter expert (L2/L3)
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience in handling resets and lotus Notes environment
  • Troubleshooting skills on desktop and shrink-wrapped applications (MS office, Adobe etc)
  • Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
  • Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools

Our requirements

  • Fluency in both - German and English is a must-have
  • Previous experience in service desk, multiple projects - min. 6-8 years
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent soft skills, communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous service desk experience will be an advantage
