Your responsibilities
Coordinate Go-to-Market related requests for new product launches in collaboration with Marketing & PR teams
Coordinate the collection and consolidation of information from the markets
Coordinate various tasks to support product launches and other marketing programs
Monitor deadlines and follow up with relevant stakeholders
Maintain the documentation for the Affiliate Marketing & PR department
Organize meetings including preparation of agenda and meeting minutes
Support different ad hoc projects and requests, as required
Our requirements
Good communication skills
Good organizational and coordination skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
High ownership of the tasks you are given
Attention to details
Willingness and openness to learn
Advanced level in English
Other European languages will be an asset
Marketing or Project Management related studies preferred

Provide support for the Marketing & PR team for Europe and Southern Africa by collecting and consolidating information for marketing projects as well as coordinating various marketing-related requests.
Provide administrative assistance in order to make sure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
