Supervisor of Technical Support
Workplace: Wrocław

We develop high-performance sales systems for tourism industry. Web and mobile. Available 24/7. Our platforms process transactions for the amount of, not a trifle, nearly 900 million euro annually. And we do it on a global scale.

 

We use Linux, Windows Server, SQL and noSQL database (Mongo, Redis), Varnish, .NET Framework, Angular 2, VM Ware, Elastic Search, Ruby, C#, Rust… and not only those; We work in Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming methodologies.

 

We are looking for Supervisor of Technical Support, to provide efficient and integrated support service for the Operations Business Tower and the clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate support services to ensure optimum client service and satisfaction in close collaboration with Developer Teams
  • Support maintenance of a secure and reliable IT environment
  • Ensure smooth tasks flow and that Anixe SLA are kept
  • Be reliable source of information related to any issues and remediation actions taken to the platform
  • Take care of the entire communication with the clients and ensure that all internal counterparts stay in touch with clients
  • Ensure communication quality by mentoring and teaching Developer Teams
  • Support proactive platform monitoring
  • Monitor work of the Team and its performance
  • Build and develop a strong working relationship with our external customers
  • Support the change of any new developments

Expectations:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (preferred Computer Science) and/or 2+ years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent English (written and spoken, min B2)
  • Experience managing external relationships
  • Strong customer focus skills and “Can do” attitude
  • High level of decisiveness accountability and teamwork
  • Experience with Grep, C#, bash, monitoring tools (graylog, grafana, mongo)
  • Excel (Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in XML Integration, fluent German and tourism experience will be an asset
