Your responsibilities

  • Managing the day to day tasks of the team, making sure that team members are performing all required tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • To run daily checks to ensure that all processing is finalised to the highest standards.

  • Ensure all tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

  • Lead regular team meetings to ensure all team members are up to date with any changes/issues.

  • Lead new starters training - plan it, make sure they received all necessary support and their performance is in line with company requirements.

  • Assist with the management of underperformance of any team members.

  • Ensure the team is always sufficiently staffed and leave and unplanned absences are managed appropriately.

  • Assist with client queries, including managing complaints and conducting necessary follow up to ensure satisfaction of our services, take part in occasional meetings with clients to present analysis results and get the feedback.

  • Assist HR with all personnel tasks

  • To communicate regularly with management providing statistics and highlighting any issues at team meetings .

  • Adhoc duties as they arise.

Our requirements

  • Ability to motivate and lead the team to reach consistent results, maintaining good relationships with people across all locations as well as those working remotely.

  • Strong overall working knowledge of how to co-supervise a larger team

  • Ability to pick up new developments quickly and efficiently communicate this to the team.

  • Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize relevant tasks as they arise.

  • Be comfortable using excel to manage spreadsheets .i.e exporting and manipulating large volumes of data for the purpose of providing outstanding accounts reports.

  • Must be analytically minded and comfortable with reporting on data etc.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and continuously consult with clients & hospitals within the assigned remit.

  • Problem solver with ability to think on their feet

  • Willingness to learn and deliver training to improve efficiencies within the team

  • Delegate all work in a fair and equitable manner across the team

  • English @ C1 level is a must
