you will join an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is building the new global technology center team in Poland, Warsaw.
Twój zakres obowiązków
Supporting with internal and external IT supplier performance monitoring, focusing on delivery monitoring (roster sign-off, time recording analytics, invoice verification, license analytics and -reporting)
Administrating pool of consultants (on-/offboarding, access permissions etc.)
Analysing supplier spend versus budget and forecast
Prepare recharge basis to company's legal entities
Wymagania pracodawcy
Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the area
A relevant education from a university or business school
Very good Excel skills
English (Written and spoken) on professional level
