Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely updates of organizational training records within the learning management system

  • Managing the coordination of training materials, facilities and equipment within the department

  • Producing monthly and yearly training reports detailing attendees, expenses, effectiveness and other relevant information

  • Liaising with employees, trainers and the management team to facilitate learning activities

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure contractual and legislative compliancy

  • Maintaining supplier records and participating in periodic audits

  • Creating Work Orders, statement of works and other supplier related activities.

  • Excellent English - C1 level (mandatory)

  • Experience of providing great customer service

As a Supplier Coordinator you will provide clerical and administrative support for the organization's training function.
