Your responsibilities
Adhere to PR/R Procedure issuance, completion guidelines and requirements for problem cases issued via problem solver, utilize structured problem solving tools and methodologies
Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues and facilitate continuous improvement
Support flawless launch activities within the plant and AQE to SQE part responsibility transition
Function as liaison between supply management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support
Participate in all applicable plant teams (e.g. change boards, continuous improvement)
Perform supplier manufacturing capability assessments as appropriate, develop action plan to close gaps
Support the supplier change management process
Lead annual audits for designated suppliers
Our requirements
Engineering Degree
Min 3 years experiences in Automotive Mfg/Supplier Quality position
Fluent English
Analytical / problem solving /organizational & communication skills.
Strong supplier and internal relationships and willingness to work diligently to build and sustain
Integrity, tenacity and demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and problems
Strong facilitation, teaching, and coaching skills
