Your responsibilities
Work with suppliers to analyze and solve quality problems, initiate corrective actions and verify effectiveness;
Coordinate actions to support other departments of company with good quality component;
Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance and drive improvements;
Create and update quality documentation, monitor KPI;
Participation in projects and introductions of new products;
Conduct internal audits, process and product audits;
Conduct quality trainings for operators;
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical field, last year of studies at least;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Ability to read and interpret documents such as specifications, technical drawings, art works operating, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;
Knowledge of quality tools and techniques (8D, PDCA, FMEA);
Computer skills (especially MS Office, advanced Excel is an asset);
Analytical skills, attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture;
Good teamwork and communication skills;
Customer oriented with honor code of conduct;
Self-reliance with ability to well organized multitasking;
Good spoken and written English and Polish;
Optional
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and / or ISO 13485 will be an additional asset.
