Your responsibilities
Drive continuous material related improvement activities at suppliers.
Set the right material specification and define the right quality measures to critical suppliers.
Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality issues.
Create quality metrics for measuring the effectiveness of supplier performance.
Develop metrics to identify cost of poor supplier quality.
Participate in supplier quality audits as technical SME.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal suppliers and with internal stakeholders to resolve quality related issues.
Our requirements
B.SC in Engineering or other relevant area.
Proven track record and experience in Supplier Quality engineering.
Proficient English.
Ability to work with documentation.
Influencing and very strong communication skills.
Proven change management skills in production, quality and supplier.
Cross functional project management skills in internal and external interfaces.
Strong knowledge of lean principles and experience of supplier collaboration.
Great attitude with continuous focus on improvement, solution-oriented approach combined with strong set of problem-solving skills.
Up to 50% of travelling, mostly to Finland.

With a reference to Production Planning Manager located in Turku, Finland, position will be placed in Stargard, Poland. You will be participating in problem solving and supplier quality process improvement implementations.
