Your responsibilities
Engage directly with UPM suppliers: enable suppliers to register and use Ariba and e-invoicing network
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Provide regular updates to UPM stakeholders on progress made
Our requirements
You are a student or fresh graduate
You are fluent in English, both written and oral (Finnish or German is a plus)
You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
You are not afraid of using Teams and phone to contact suppliers directly, not only sending e-mails
You are capable or working in an organized manner with large number of suppliers and contact persons, both external and internal
You are an open person eager to learn, with positive attitude, and enthusiasm
You know how to lead yourself and manage independently your tasks
Optional
It is a plus if you have experience with SAP
It is a plus if you have experience with Ariba, especially SLP module
It is a plus if you have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role

Who are we looking for

The position holder will report to Manager, Source to Pay Support.
