Your responsibilities
- Our client is looking for a person, who will support Financial Performance & Supplier Strategy Team to implement best practices for the on-going management of the Strategic Partners & Advocates. What is more, you would be responsible for partnering with Procurement, Strategic Partnering Team and Finance to review & reconcile monthly spend per supplier – also, supporting function in forecasting, budgeting & building relationship with suppliers.
- Additionally – you would be responsible for ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintain accurate records.
Employer requirements
- Experience in IT/Finance organization – so supporting finances in IT branch – it would be really nice if you have completed studies in economics
- English B2+
- Strong understanding of finance, reconciliation performance, attention to details
- Stakeholder management in matrix environment would be beneficial
