Supply Chain and Order Management Specialist

In this role you will be end to end responsible for purchase order to sales order process for AHT business. You will be physically based in Warsaw but you would be a member of virtual AHT Team.

You will work with Colleagues from sales admin, logistics, design, compliance and data control.

The role comprises both operational tasks as well as process design and process improvements. With time, the role should evolve more from the Key User towards Process Owner.

Your responsibilities:

•             Acting as a process owner, supervising and coordinating operations

•             hold ownership for purchase order to sales order flow for AHT – both design as well as execution of selected tasks

•             Securing business supporting operations with focus on their further improvement

•             Being responsible for SLA/KPI reporting and ad hoc reporting

•             Being responsible for the order administration and coordination of orders, invoice and PO verification and validation as well as logistics support (availability checking, delivery ETA information, etc)

•             Validating the synchronization systems (i.e. TP settings)

•             Managing requests for MMD creation/maintenance (Creations in SAP are done Colleagues with whom you will cooperate): you will be involved in Material Master Data (MMD) for AHT.

•             Being involved in AHT sales forecasting 

•             Being involved in FCD info gathering and gathering of warning info for KA specific cabinets

•             Being responsible for process related improvements
