Your responsibilities

  • Placing all purchasing orders to ensure the best possible SKU availability across all our stores in the country.

  • Track and control purchasing order fulfillment processes and vendor performance metrics to always identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.

  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, missing items, accidents).

  • Process improvement by helping to map root causes for inefficiencies and issues. Be one of key contacts for supply chain related process improvement.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Good Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication & written skills in English.


  • Nice to have: 1 year of experience in any role preferable in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and dark stores all over the country and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for placing all purchasing orders to our suppliers. You will work closely with all Supply Chain team and Category Managers in order to ensure we have the right selection and availability of all products across all our stores.

You must be able to thrive in a startup environment, and succeed in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.
