Supply Chain Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Maintains a healthy companies’ inventory situation as well meets customer OTIF requirements by setting appropriate safety stock levels through the effective use of forecasting strategies.

• Responsible for identifying local opportunities for cost savings.

• Mitigates scrap and obsolescence across managed categories by effective use of planning, system parameters and forecast.

• Performs extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to purchasing trends.

• Reports inventory statistics and supplier OTIF figures to Management and suggests improvements.

• Ensure adherence to risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls, Internal and External Audits).

• Creates and maintains inventory and suppliers’ databases and tools for accurately managing inventory.

• Annual data review / clean-up of vendor accounts, planning data and parameters in the ERP systems, and supports coordination of new items and suppliers’ setup.
