Job Description


Qatar Shell is currently requiring motivated Supply Chain (SC) professionals stepping up and working any opportunities of different sizes and complexities. We are looking for candidates capable to make the difference and have end-to-end delivery commitment. The huge variety of operational challenges Qatar has to offer will provide individuals the opportunity to substantially broaden individuals SC competencies and skills through providing excellent support from Krakow. The main asset to be supported is Pearl GTL. Pearl GTL is a fully integrated upstream-downstream development capturing in one operating business the full gas value chain from offshore development through onshore gas processing, the conversion of gas to hydrocarbon liquids, and the refining to finished products. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering on-time and accurately the Supply Chain products and services, including maintenance of the supporting processes, tools and systems. 
  • Supporting MSC process (dotted line) with creation and maintenance of reports and analysis, dashboards, KPI’s and associated insights.
  • Action recommendations and improvement plans related to management information, value improvement opportunities and compliance assurance.
  • Being a focal point for community upskilling in key data analytics and visualization tools and act as an ambassador for the implementation and adoption hereof across the Supply Chain teams in Qatar and Krakow.


  • You will be co-located with other members of the Supply Chain team in Krakow, supporting Qatar Shell.
  • Your work will have direct exposure to senior stakeholders in CP as well as in Qatar Shell.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from support functions such as IT and Finance Operations, as well as with other non-frontline CP teams such as Information & Insights and the Digitalization center of excellence.
  • A portion of the stakeholders work on Sunday, occasional working on Sunday might therefore be required.
  • Managing complex data from SAP IM / ME modules, P6, Power BI
  • Dealing with +100,000 inventory items & demand coming from +200 jobs a month
  • Working with SC Planning team to help achieve an effective & efficient SC Planning process


If you are a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple parallel deliverables, performing quality checks on own output to assure accuracy; a logical, analytical and curious thinker who learns quickly and can deal effectively with change, willing and able to be flexible and support your team members when required to deliver the team’s objectives;striving for continuous improvement, with a personal commitment to deliver high quality output; and finally eager to develop your skills in role, through self-study and formal training - apply today and join our team!


  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration;
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1)
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in CP or related functions such as inventory management, supply chain or logistics, with relevant roles in statistical, financial or logistics modelling;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP applications and specifically Master Data is a must;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Alteryx, Access, Spotfire, PowerBI and other visualization tools is preferred;
  • Knowledge of CP master data, supply chains, systems, processes, tools and terminology would be an additional asse
