Supply Chain Director with ItalianNumer ref.: 377
The role of Supply Chain Director is to develop and implement the strategy for supply chain and support operations and ensure that the company has the capability required to deliver business plans profitably and to meet and exceed customers and stakeholders requirements.


  • Manage all supply chain departments (customer service, transport, and internal logistics)
  • Create, implement and refresh the functional strategic plan and implement appropriate programs to address evolving business requirements
  • Constantly review external trends and identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead the implementation, ongoing management and effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning program
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Creates processes and implements practices to minimize waste of materials, inventory, and the processing of all work-in-progress goods
  • Oversees the logistics of all incoming materials and outgoing shipments
  • Oversees the import and export of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with customs and domestic and international regulatory bodies
  • Ensure capacity and capability plans for staffing levels, IT solutions and outsourcing are timely, cost effective, operationally effective and support customer requirements


  • 8 years of related experience
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing environment
  • Degree in a Business, Engineering, Logistics discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent Italian
  • Experience directly managing a team
  • Portfolio of strong leadership
  • Ability to comprehend high level business strategy objectives and effectively develop/execute milestones and detailed implementation plans
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively manage risk Create, implement and refresh the functional strategic plan and implement appropriate programs to address evolving business
  • High level of drive and commitment to ensure success
