    Supply Chain Launch Planner

    We are looking for analytical and well-organized Supply Chain Launch Planner to join our Team in Supply Chain Operations. 
    Inside Operations, Supply Chain Launch is empowered to operationally manage the phase-in-phase-out of products within the supply chain starting from Design through Production ant out factories till delivering to our Sales Companies and Key Accounts.

    You will focus on:
    • Delivering performance for European factories according to Specific Cluster 
    • Performing Supply Chain launches according to standard communication rules 
    • Monitoring sales forecasts, production plan, planning parameters of the used IT systems, availability of Bill of Materials, demand visibility, dispatches from factories.  
    • Administrating of system (keep it up to date, prolongation, flow creation)
    • Liaising with Product Care Team, Production Schedulers, Demand Planners, Supply Chain Planners and Primary Transportation. 
    • Planning phase in/phase out ensuring in-time phase-in and zero obsolescence phase out. 
    • Acumen demonstrated. You draw attention to details, analyze and manage complexamount of information. You notice correlations and draw accurate conclusions. 
    • Result-oriented and process driven. You cope with daily challenges avoiding distractions and focus on implement the best in class processes. 
    • Teamwork oriented. In this role cross-functional collaboration is everything, so you should be comfortable in dealing with people with different backgrounds and responsibility, valuing and leading teamwork approach.
    • Proactive. You’re not just solving the tasks you are given, you always think ahead.
    • Ambitious & eager to learn.  You demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks and attitude towards learning new skills beyond what is required and transfers learning to new situations.
    Education & experience:
    • University degree in Logistics / Economy / Business Management / Engineering. 
    • 2-3 years of experience with similar background
    • Proficient with MS Excel.
    • Very good English and fluent Polish.
    • Open to reallocate or work from different locations: Poland/Italy.
