Supply Chain & Finance Processes Transformation Consultant

– a new position in a global project

Main responsibilities

  • Developing full-scale project plans and managing project development from beginning to end
  • Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; establishing and maintaining good working relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Ensuring that project meets its deliverables in established business goals, schedule, budget and quality; monitoring and reporting on progress
  • Diagnosing and evaluating potential risks and issues throughout the project; acting as an escalation point for problems and complaints
  • Providing knowledge and expertise in one or more of the business areas: project management, change management, financial processes / supply chain processes, Retail / FMCG, technology & analytics tools
  • Cooperating with the IT Team in identifying the appropriate technical requirements and tools (assisting in a needs analysis and in matching user needs to system capabilities)
  • Developing transformation plans for existing and new clients
Requirements
  • Professional experience in Consulting or in BPO sector within business transformation / improvements / automation projects
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level)
  • Economics / Business / Finance / Computer Science / Engineering / Supply Chain educational background is desirable
  • Knowledge of business processes within finance and supply chain 
  • Background in the Retail / FMCG industry is an asset
  • Experience in project management in a high-technology environment is desirable 
  • Project Management certificate, e.g PMI, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
  • Knowledge and understanding of tools, systems and technologies (e.g. ERP systems / Robotic Process Automation / AI / cloud infrastructure / BI / EDI / SQL / Tableau)
  • Availability for business trips
