Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the coordination of NPI, planning, logistics and warehousing departments:

  • drive quick implementation of new products,

  • prepare accurate forecasts and inventories reports to support commercial decisions,

  • develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists,

  • ensure that the local planning process is accurate and timely,

  • assess the most effective distribution process for raw materials / finished goods to reduce complexity and maximize margin,

  • ensure that shipments to customers are within the contractual timescales,

  • assess the need for material-handling equipment and staffing, makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of material,

  • ensure that master data in the ERP system are correct,

  • consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets.

  • As a leader of the whole Supply Chain team it is expected from you to:

  • plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy,

  • determine key supply chain KPI’s,

  • identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions promptly,

  • manage team by setting up objectives, identifying training requirements/development plans, and monitoring overall performance to make sure goals are being met,

  • provide constructive feedback,

  • collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service cluster as well with the Senior Leadership Team, and external organisations to ensure that supply chain activities are done efficiently and cost-effectively.

Our requirements

  • degree or equivalent

  • 10 years of previous supply chain or planning experience in a fast pace environment (at least 3 years in the manager role for multilayer organisation, responsible for P&L)

  • demonstrable experience in an international FMCG companies

  • proven leader of change management

  • strong analytical and interpersonal skills - creativity and initiative in action

  • ability to interface effectively with internal and external suppliers

  • demonstrable experience working with local suppliers and markets

  • geographical knowledge of the area the supply chain team covers

  • hands on experience with supply chain management software

  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal (including the B2 English language as a must)

As a leader of Supply Chain function through your strong management and leadership skills, you will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials as well as finished products are in place at the right time. Part of your role is to ensure master data by MRP. You will be work closely with polish management & the international senior leadership team, as well as with an external organisations to ensure that all supply chain activities are done efficiently and cost-effectively.
