Your responsibilities

  • Manage Supply Chain Team members (Logisitics, IT, Claims, Warehouse) and organisation, to ensure efficiency, process discipline and employee satisfaction ( day-to-day people and process management)

  • Manage Supply Chain to gain new business partners ( allowing delivery in new countries/channels and optimisation of current logistics costs) to achieve company targets, through design and implementation of strategy

  • Optimise Supply Chain to deliver goods on time, with optimised costs, according to company targets

  • Deliver frequent report and recommendations to the board

  • Support the team on resolving issues and drive continuous improvement by reviewing current methodology and processes

  • Support projects related to Supply Chain optimisation (ex. Migration to new ERP, etc...)

  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure business efficiency

  • Deliver tasks requested by direct manager

Our requirements

  • Master degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics or transportation

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Min 5 yeard experience in people management

  • Communicative English

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

  • Diligence and responsibility

  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, open mind


  • Experience in working with COMARCH Optima or COMARCH XL

  • Knowledge of French (B2)
