Job Description

The role of the Automation Leader, within our Business Process & Operational Excellence team, is to identify, drive and execute on opportunities to significantly reduce the manual and/or repetitive aspects of our processes, thus driving to a more ‘touchless’ and efficient operation. This position promotes business process excellence and facilitates discussion to build a strong pipeline of ideas on how to streamline and automate processes. The role is responsible for implementing, maintaining and generating cycle time, and therefore cost, savings from leaner and more efficient processes.

Scope of Responsibilities:   

  • Develop an automation roadmap including tools to be developed, technical support & resource requirements. 
  • Identify opportunities, preparing feasibility study, implementing projects on time and meeting cycle-time savings goals
  • Prioritize key projects to maximize Cost, Cash, Revenue, Delivery and Customer Experience 
  • Collaborate with all Supply Chain business functions to promote improvement / process automation culture across teams
  • Execute and report on project schedules, progress, risks, issues and Return on Investment (ROI) performance,
  • Develops and maintains a management system to drive the key metrics for success
  • Translate fast changing business process automation needs into technical requirements 

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience in similar function (Continuous Improvement, Automation, Digital )
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Operations environment and processes would be a plus
  • Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones) 
  • Drive to inspire people to think differently and deliver commitments 
  • Collaborative skills to develop cross functional relationships 
  • Can do attitude to make things happen despite of challenges
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
