Your responsibilities

  • Control the end-to-end purchase and sales order management process using internal and external systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams, customer(s) and external logistics partners

  • Monitor logistics processes, expedite or escalate to internal stakeholders any delays

  • Continuously monitor, reconcile and update internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Prepare documentation required for the execution of logistics processes

  • Monitor costs, active participation in cost savings proposals and actions

Our requirements

  • Experience in SCM environment, logistics or material planning preferable

  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken

  • Experience of ERP Systems

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially knowledge of Excel (maintaining master files)

  • Target oriented performance

  • High ability to work repeatedly

  • Well-organized and highly attentive to detail personality

The Role:

This is an ideal role for someone looking for an entry level position into the Supply chain team, or someone looking to expand existing knowledge in supply chain.

In your position you will be responsible to help shape the service delivery experience ensuring the best possible levels of customer satisfaction across the complete diverse product range of our customer.

Simultaneously exciting opportunity to join our team, supporting the crucial process of sales and purchase order control.
