Your responsibilities
Participate in staff meetings with business partners to gain a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives and priorities
Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work within mutually agreed-upon deadlines
Analyze and explore complex datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform business decisions
Gather requirements from stakeholders to design effective data analysis and reporting solutions
Lead and manage data analysis projects from inception to completion
Ensure data quality and accuracy by validating data sources and cleaning data as necessary
Develop reports and dashboards using data visualization tools that clearly convey insights and enable effective decision-making
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization to continuously improve and optimize processes and tools.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and decision trees.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data and present insights in a clear and concise manner to a range of stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Optional
Proven experience in working with large and complex data sets, with the ability to extract insights and develop recommendations from data analysis.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes, with experience working with tools such as AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery.
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business partners and translate them into data analysis deliverables, as well as manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Job Description
The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and creating insightful reports and visualizations that will inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large and diverse datasets, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have experience in gathering requirements, leading projects, and prioritizing tasks.
As the Data Analyst, you will be accountable for designing and delivering critical analytics to support business operations and forecast key performance indicators such as revenue, cost, cash, and customer delivery. This highly technical role is embedded within the business organization and offers the opportunity to shape the analytics functions of supply chain and procurement. Currently, the organization predominantly uses Tableau for descriptive analytics, analyzing data stored in the Amazon Cloud Enterprise Data Hub. There are opportunities to identify areas for improvement. You can help our team prioritize investments, identify gaps in processes and technologies, and establish a roadmap for advancing the organization's data maturity.
