Your responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of Vulnerability Management Programs which cover applications developed and/or managed by MN COO SC units

  • Oversee security operations by coordinating with global shared services teams and resources needed for information security including business continuity management and information security incident management

  • Coordinate management reviews of the ISMS. Support Information Security Group during external & internal IT Security & IS audits

  • Contribute towards defining security, privacy and compliancy requirements for application development teams

  • Support implementation and efficiency measurement of information security management systems

Our requirements

  • Experience as coordination / leader of security teams

  • Experience and working knowledge of the regulatory requirements associated with the U.S. National Security Agreement (NSA), EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and China Cyber Security Law (CSL)

  • Experience in developing application and defining applications development processes

  • Practical experience in performing application and infra penetration tests

  • Practical experience in security threat modelling, evaluation of security risk and coordination implementation of mitigations


  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) certification

  • Strong technical knowledge related with IT technologies (including applications development, operating systems, network)

  • Experience in evaluating security posture of applications and system architecture

  • Certified ISO27001 Lead Auditor

  • Certified ISO22301 Lead Auditor

  • Certified ITIL Foundation
