Your responsibilities
The Supply Chain Senior Specialist will be responsible for proper functionality of supply chain stream in our manufacturing plant in Września.
Supervision and coordination of the work of areas such as Purchasing, Planning, Production
Preparation Analysis and optimization of trade flows
Preparation of reports and summaries on the supply chain effectiveness
Maintaining and improving companies’ operational indicators (KPI)
Close cooperation with the management of particular areas (Sales, Customer Service, Production) in order to eliminate bottlenecks in processes, increase efficiency, ensure continuous increase of quality and timely deliveries
Monitoring and maintaining the appropriate level of products and supervision over the provision of materials necessary for production
Preparing and correcting weekly production plans on an ongoing basis based on customer orders, level of inventories of finished products, raw materials and work in progress
Constant monitoring of the implementation of production orders, creating schedules and setting deadlines for the implementation of customer orders
Development and implementation of processes improving the work of the department and increasing the effectiveness of cooperation with suppliers
Managing of team including recruitment and development of key employee competences Support in controlling data consistency inside the ERP system
Our requirements
Education Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain
Minimum 5 years of experience within a high output manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in leading project teams with managerial responsibility is advantageous.

Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English.

Relevant professional certification(s).
Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable.
Vision and sound judgment; ability to develop strategy and execute tactically.
