    For our Central SCM team we are seeking the following:

    Supply Chain Service Administrator
    WORKPLACE: Wrocław (okolice), Bielany Wrocławskie (pow. wrocławski)

    Your tasks

    • Creating complex reports, tables and analysis in Excel Monitoring of ETA´s
    • Support of SCM Project Manager and communication with SCM Team Leads and their teams worldwide
    • Searching for spare parts in open market
    • Controlling prices
    • Contact with our internal warehouses
    • Communication with departments in DE/FR/UK

    Our requirements

    • Good English Skills (speaking & writing)
    • MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) used in practice
    • Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment
    • Creative and well-organized person
    • Good analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions quickly
    • Readiness for working hours: 9:30-17:30

     

    Would be an asset:

    • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management
    • Previous experience in Purchasing
