Your responsibilities
Coordinating the supply chain activities for the assigned drilling rig(s)
Delivering customized solutions to our colleagues onshore and offshore
Day to day purchasing (placing POs, expediting and invoice matching)
Supporting the Lead Supply Chain Specialist with supply chain planning and execution, logistics, contract management, supplier relationship management, cost management, and operational readiness
Responsibility of the Procure to Pay process for spares and services including RFx’s, invoice handling etc. for the assigned rig(s)
Engaging with rig team as requested by the Lead Supply Chain Specialist when preparing for stacking, site move, and contract start-ups in terms of logistics, risk, and opportunities
Monitoring Posting Proposal queue to ensure timely payment of invoices
Our requirements
Formal education with minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent within relevant fields or experience from a offshore drilling rig
Fluency in English (min. B2)
Good communication and networking skills to be in close dialogue with the rig and with the Logistics team to ensure good collaboration
Proactive mindset and ambition to be part of improvement and projects optimization
Prepared for highly dynamic environment and out of hours support to the rig team during emergency rig shut down situations
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience within Purchasing is not a prerequisite but preferred
