Your responsibilities

  • Maintain high quality relationships with markets, MFG sites and other stakeholders to fully understand the whole supply chain which allows optimized information and transparent planning.

  • Support the revised demand forecast and opportunity business case in quick turnaround but within the industry compliance.

  • Maintain marketwise ‘out of stock’ reports and provide an overview on supply situation based on information from MFG sites and HUB.

  • Prepare a monthly forecast files for markets and upload to centralized system for MFG purpose.

  • Participate in monthly S&OP calls for supply chain discussions and to obtain overall knowledge.

  • Demand Forecast Vs Inventory review to assess stock level, slow movers, no movers, obsolete stock identification and follow up through actions.

  • Be comfortable to develop and implement an effective report.

  • Coordinate with logistics team for in market dispatch from HUB after quality release.

  • Manage registration samples supply request from different markets (Mainly Balkans Region). This involved whole process from stock identification to dispatch.

  • To support the outbound logistic activities as per the business needs.

Our requirements

  • A university degree.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain or FMCG is a must.

  • Advanced Excel skills along with Power-Point.

  • Experience working on tender supplies would be an additional advantage.

  • Practical and proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.

  • Attentive to details and ability to work within deadlines.

  • Good communication in both Polish and English (written and speaking) – Russian would be a plus.

To support supply chain process across several markets in few of East Europe countries and new lined up product approvals in CIS & Balkans market in coming months and years. Will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination with the markets, Manufacturing Sites, Quality and Logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. You will be also required to generate reports on areas such as inventory level with obsolescence risk, forecasting, out of stock, overdue orders.
