Your responsibilities
Convert the demand plan into a network supply plan. This includes developing and sending a master production schedule and distribution requirements plan while optimizing network capacity.
Manage inventory and achieve required inventory levels at the defined inventory component level across network stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Address inventory imbalances and implement corrective actions.
Identify and resolve capacity constraints over the planning horizon to support the development of a feasible plan.
Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shut downs, seasonal volumes, etc.
Identify and address supply variability issues and support demand planning in the forecast accuracy improvement process to improve overall plan feasibility and reliability. Coordinate root causes analysis and resolution of these issues with key cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in planning/ERP system(s.)
Coordinate inter-plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break-ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.
Support the sales and operations planning process.
Identify, analyze & implement continuous improvement opportunities to result in service improvements and/or cost savings.
Lead projects and interact with key cross-functional stakeholders as required to address improvement or improve capabilities of the Supply Planning area.
Identify, document and implement new procedures, as well as update current procedures, to support evolving business practices.
Our requirements
4-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field of study
3-4 years of applicable Supply Chain Planning experience with inventory management or master planning for manufacturing environment with global operations
Advanced proficiency with SAP, planning systems and MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English - B2 level or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

APICS Certification
Database and PowerBI experience
A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives
Strong learning agility, experience in continuous improvement and project management
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders

The Supply Network Planner is responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS), guaranteeing stock availability, and keeping optimal inventory levels in the network, for a subset of our business. In addition, the Supply Network Planner is the liaison for Demand Planning, Sales and Customer Service to the manufacturing operations to address supply and resolve customer service issues.
