Your responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for formulating, developing and implementing Demand & Supply Planning strategies and policies, In summary deliver sustained IMS performance by:
Analyzing and evaluating the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy
Customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
Creation of a short term capacity view to support short and medium term supply requirements
Establishment of a formal process to define demand & supply requirements versus current capabilities and be an enabler to decision making in addressing any gaps that may arise
Assisting teams in the different parts of the production & supply planning process
Providing strategies and policies to ensure the right supply planning process across the Business Units
Challenging manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels, to drive optimum FG inventory level. Also, to challenge and support Demand Planner (Domestic and IMS) to improve Demand Planning Accuracy
Analyzing and effectively communicating relevant information - Highlighting all supply issues - Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade offs - Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable In accordance with the Business Planning process
Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location
Our requirements
You have University degree, preferably in Supply chain, logistic or Engineering
You have 5+ years operational experience at market/business level in demand and supply planning, master production scheduling, supply network planning, detailed production scheduling, material requirement planning etc.
Relevant operational experience at market/plant level in the following areas is beneficial:
Waste elimination projects, LEAN/Six Sigma/5S processes, Business Planning
You have planning skills with the ability to proactively handle complex Supply network setup, with daily challenges on capacity and ocean freight
Atrong stakeholder management and communication skills
SAP knowledge (APO, PPDS, BW) and experience with AFO, Power BI
You have leadership skills including people development and coaching
