Your responsibilities

  • Have direct responsibility for the Team of agents, KPIs, results, quality of their performance.

  • Coordinate and communicate the status of projects and KPIs results to the different stakeholders.

  • Initiate and execute specific initiatives with the local teams.

  • Support the roll-out and monitor the execution of global initiatives.

  • Gather ideas and issues of products, processes and tools, and escalate it to the local team.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members.

  • Be responsible for the application of quality processes, audits and the continuous improvement of operational processes across the regions.

  • Support the relationship with the different providers at a local level.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field and at least 1-2 years of working experience as a team coordinator (ideally in a Call Center).

  • Hands-on experience coordinating teams and projects in customer service or fleet management with a focus on real-time actions (chat, phone and actions in the system).

  • Analytical and process management approach with E2E way of thinking.

  • Fluency in English and Polish (mandatory!)

  • Demonstrated experience working with Quality metrics and business KPIs.

  • Verified experience on improving operational processes.

  • Knowledge of building dashboards and reports using SQL, Google Sheets, Excel - nice to have.
