The Support Analyst for Google Ad Manager is a product and web technologies expert who delights customers with insights and amazing solutions.
This professional is a team player who works with engineers, Technical Account Managers, internal and external support teams to troubleshoot technical issues for publishers. He/she loves sharing knowledge and can participate in team projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues.
Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented
English - C1 level
German - C1 level
College degree or relevant experience
working experience in IT support
Google products knowledge (Google AD manager)
