About the project

The Support Analyst for Google Ad Manager is a product and web technologies expert who delights customers with insights and amazing solutions.

This professional is a team player who works with engineers, Technical Account Managers, internal and external support teams to troubleshoot technical issues for publishers. He/she loves sharing knowledge and can participate in team projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues.

  • Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers

  • Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness

Our requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience

  • Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented

  • English - C1 level

  • German - C1 level

Optional

  • College degree or relevant experience

  • working experience in IT support

  • Google products knowledge (Google AD manager)

  • Knowledge in HTML / CSS / JavaScript
