Your responsibilities

  • daily, ongoing communication with clients and partners which concerns among others:

  • helping with issues or requests from our clients and partners using ticketing system (registering, categorizing and finding solutions for reported issues, incidents or service requests),

  • receiving, registering and resolving problems, incidents and service management requests reported by phone,

  • analysis of reported problems or incidents and search for possible solutions,

  • providing trainings for partners and customers how to use our products - both remotely and at the customer's premises,

  • ongoing managed cloud infrastructure monitoring,

  • cooperation with the 2nd line of support team on more complex issues,

  • cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment,

  • cooperation with development and testing teams,

  • developing the IT knowledge base, documenting known issues, suggesting improvements to our processes and procedures.

Our requirements

  • the ability to think analytically and solve problems,

  • knowledge in the field of IT / mobile technologies,

  • SQL language,

  • knowledge of issues related to the network environment (LAN / WAN),

  • English communicative,

  • very good work organization,

  • assertiveness and independence.

Optional

  • one year of experience in a similar position,

  • knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP directory services,

  • knowledge of MS Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, MS Certificate Authority, VMWare,

  • basic knowledge of RHEL / CentOS systems

  • experience in working with ticketing systems (eg Freshdesk, OTRS, Jira),

  • familiarity with an ITIL way of working.
