Your responsibilities

  • A Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support for Azure Monitoring and Automation with a high degree of customer happiness; provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to customers.

  • Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations

  • Strong communications skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence

  • The successful Support Engineer has the drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly supports customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable

  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills

  • Cross-team collaboration

  • This track will be in 24X7 shift model and onsite Opportunity. Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.

Our requirements

  • System Administration/Configuration of Windows and Linux Operating systems

  • Event Logs/Syslogs Analysis Patch and Security Update Management

  • Performance analysis using built in performance counters

  • Conceptual knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Security, and Access Control

  • 24/7 support model, rotational shifts, Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude.


  • Having certifications on AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator is a plus
