Write and debug simple scripts for voicebot conversational scenarios,
Implement and support customer’s projects (voicebots / telecom platform solutions),
Solve complex technical problems, as part of platform engineering support (3rd level support),
Communicate with the customers (written English) and internal teams of Product Development and Script Design (RU / ENG),
Carry out primary diagnostics by logs, user descriptions and/or other indirect signs.
Experience in technical support of users/clients or construction/customisation of platform-based IT solutions,
Knowledge of English on at least intermediate level,
Fluent Russian speaker,
Higher education (at least partially complete), preferably technical in the field of IT,
Ability to plan one’s own working time, ability to multitask and correctly prioritize tasks,
Result- and client-oriented,
Ability to make a decision and take responsibility for the result,
Readiness to suggest and implement changes in existing processes; taking initiative,
Ability to present information in an accessible manner, and clearly express ideas in writing,
Written English skills.
