Your responsibilities

  • Implement of support requests from customers or end users in the scope of L2 support, which includes:

  • Investigation of logs and data extracts for reported problems

  • Execution of Standard Operating Procedures (for example accounts setup, password resets, configuration changes, backups, updates of infrastructure components)

  • Preparation of usage reports and performance reports for supported products

  • Interact with the development teams in S3 Connected Health (operating as L3 support) in order to perform complex investigations and plan resolutions of bugs identified in software

  • Communicate with customers in terms of resolution of reported support requests, planning support activities, delivering status, performance and usage reports

  • Follow established procedures compliant with regulations and standards applicable to supported products (mainly ISO13485, ISO27001, GDPR

Our requirements

  • Degree in engineering, computer science or closely related discipline

  • Min 1 year of experience as Support Engineer or in a similar position

  • Experience with Database solutions and SQL scripting

  • Knowledge of English and Polish on min. B2 level

  • Understanding of support frameworks based on ITIL

  • Analytical skills in order to resolve support cases and technical issues

  • Ability to learn new technologies and develop new skills


  • Web Servers

  • Windows and Linux operating systems at advanced user or administrator levels

  • Management of an application deployed in the cloud (Azure , AWS)
