Your responsibilities

  • Phone support, i.e. responding to all incoming calls from customers, conducting or joining bridges, ticket registration, categorization and triage

  • Verification of incidents, conducting initial assessment (incl. replication algorithm, NAGIOS), log files preparation

  • Resolution of issues which do not require consultancy or assistance

  • End2end communication and responsibility for incident resolution

  • Cooperation with the Product Development Manager in terms of adding and monitoring the status of issues in the Product Backlog

  • Use of trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs

Our requirements

  • Foundational education background, preferably in the field of computer science or engineering

  • Practical experience in software support or software implementation

  • Solid understanding of client/server architecture, networking, and internet technologies

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems

  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

  • Professional customer service, accurate problem solving

  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Communicative Polish

  • Fluent English

  • Nice to have - practical experience in system development
