    Surface Service Representatives with English and Polish
    Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

    Location: Warsaw

    Monthly gross salary: 4500 PLN

    You will take care of: 

    • Delivering unique value by collaboratively and reactively solving customer problems concerning Surface devices: device set up, installations and updates, warranty issues, troubleshooting;
    • Providing world class support via phone or chat for Microsoft’s premium devices;
    • Creating a positive impression of the support team; 

    Requirements: 

    • Excellent English and Polish written and spoken language skills are a must;
    • Computer / Technical skills;
    • Availability Monday – Sunday (09:00 – 21:00)
    • Basic knowledge of Windows OS;
    • Ability to understand a customer’s needs;
    • Passion and desire/commitment to deliver and grow;
