Your responsibilities
- As Sustainable Sourcing Expert, you will lead Responsible Sourcing activities taking place in the locations and categories under CEE Market responsibility. You will drive and execute compliance of our suppliers with Responsible Sourcing/ GFSI audit standards. You will identify opportunities for sustainable sourcing projects with our suppliers and drive proposals to both Local and Above Market Procurement teams, ensuring alignment of strategies to realistic goals and objectives.
- Compile local stakeholder's needs in regards to brand differentiation based on sourcing. Share results with Global Sustainable Sourcing Team, contribute to strategy building and create market deployment plan aligned with direction received
- Identify and drive sustainable sourcing programs (eg. regenerative agriculture, reduction of CO2 emission) with our suppliers, working closely with our Local and Above Market Buyers
- Train and coach sourcing specialists to deploy responsible sourcing operations. Act as super user, point of escalation and expertise, as well as issue resolution and learnings dissemination
- Be the interface and coach to NBS Services on Responsible Sourcing, ensure delivery and performance. Be the Single Point of Contact for RS external partners: coach, train, track, shadow activities and report on their services and performance level
- Represent market to internal and external responsible sourcing forums
- Advise Markets in external communication to consumers, customers, media and NGOs
Our requirements
- End to End Source to Pay knowledge, supported by some Procurement work experience
- Good knowledge in ethics, sustainability, responsible sourcing
- Theoretical & Practical know how in supplier’s auditing, Quality Management System
- Excel in project management inside/outside direct sphere of control
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Courage and emotional intelligence for on the ground exemplary excellence in responsible sourcing
- Ability to use internal and external network to influence operational deliverables
- Fluent English is a must. Any additional CEE language is a plus
